Liverpool star Harvey Elliott has named Fabio Carvalho, Ibrahima Konate, Trent Alexander-Arnold, Darwin Nunez and Joe Gomez as the five future superstars of the Anfield club, as quoted in The Times.
Elliott, who can operate as a winger or as a midfielder, has said that the future of Liverpool is bright.
The English youngster has noted the names of the players who are set to be future Liverpool superstars.
Attacker Carvalho, central defender Konate, right-back Alexander-Arnold, striker Nunez and centre-back Gomez could be massive for the Reds’ future, according to Elliott.
“If you look at the likes of Fábio Carvalho [with whom he went to school], Ibrahima Konaté, people forget Trent [Alexander-Arnold’s] age [24], Darwin [Núñez, 23], Joe Gomez [25] . . . these are young, up-and-coming players.
“I think it is bringing something else to the game across football. That energy and hunger to want to go out and impress.”
FUTURE IS BRIGHT
In our view, Liverpool have a bright future ahead of them, and we think that the Anfield faithful should be optimistic of the years ahead.
Yes, the Reds are not having the best of times at the moment, but manager Jurgen Klopp will get the team going again.
The likes of Nunez, Gomez and Alexander-Arnold are brilliant players who are not at their peak yet and would not be for a few more years at least.
That shows the potential they all have.
